About Laura

Laura is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of success in the aviation and aerospace industry. She has a 35-year career in Program Management, System Engineering, Strategy, Proposal Management and Operations. She has an impressive dual Master’s degree in Science and Engineering. From the National Defense University in Washington DC, her focus was National Security and Resourcing Strategy. Additionally, she holds a Master of Science in Engineering from California State University. She is a diverse and multidimensional executive leader and pathfinder, adept at effectively leading cross-enterprise teams, responsible for building space satellites and commercial aeroplanes with Boeing, and interactive entertainment exhibits with Universal Studios and Disney. 

Mom First, Superwoman 2nd

Laura and her daughter live in Southern California and both work at Millennium Space Systems. Walking in mom’s footsteps, her daughter is in her first year of college studying Marketing & Business, and interning at Millennium Space Systems for the Summer of 2022.
